NOVELTY - The panel (100) has a light-emitting device layer (12) fixed on a substrate (11). A packaging layer (13) is provided with a first inorganic layer (131). The first inorganic layer covers the light emitting device layer. An air suction layer is fixed on the first inorganic layer, and an organic layer that is arranged on the air-suction layer. A second inorganic layer (134) is arranged between the organic layer and the air suction layer and is connected with the first inorganic layer, where the material of the air suction layer includes air suction graphene formed by bonding graphene-based carbon material and air suction nanoparticles through chemical group bonding, the graphene-based carbon material comprises graphene and/or carbon nanotube, the air suction layer further comprises a resin and a photoinitiator, the air suction nanoparticle is porous structure. USE - Display panel i.e. organic LED (OLED) panel. ADVANTAGE - The display panel can absorb the gas released by the organic layer in the encapsulation layer and reduce the risk of bad black spots. The risk of gas supporting the inorganic layer is reduced. The first inorganic layers are prevented from being damaged by the foreign body, the external water oxygen invades the light emitting device layer.
