▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A stretchable surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy active substrate comprises wrinkled graphene and gold nano particles composite structure whose surface height fluctuates from a height, a width and a distribution density to be uniform, and multiple sharp folds controllable and uniformly attached to the gold nano particles, where wrinkled graphene and gold nano particles composite structure is formed by self-assembly and in a liquid phase environment of electron-beam vapor deposition or two-step form. USE - Stretchable surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy active substrate for use in biotechnology, life sciences, and food security and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The substrate has improved ductility, large degree of stretching state and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A stretchable surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy active substrate comprises wrinkled graphene and gold nano particles composite structure whose surface height fluctuates from a height, a width and a distribution density to be uniform, and multiple sharp folds controllable and uniformly attached to the gold nano particles, where wrinkled graphene and gold nano particles composite structure is formed by self-assembly and in a liquid phase environment of electron-beam vapor deposition or two-step form, particularly by liquid phase contraction method of preparing corrugated graphene with controllable and transferring onto a polydimethylsiloxane substrate, and depositing the gold nanoparticles on the surface of the wrinkled graphene by electron beam evaporation. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a stretchable surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy active substrate.
