NOVELTY - Recycling method of waste lithium-ion battery negative electrode graphite involves mixing lithium acetate dihydrate, manganese(II)acetate tetrahydrate, nickel acetate tetrahydrate and cobalt(II) acetate tetrahydrate, drying, grinding to obtain mixed powder (A), subjecting the mixed powder (A) to stage-(I) and stage-(II) microwave roasting under air atmosphere, cooling to room temperature, grinding, sieving to obtain positive electrode material, adding negative electrode graphite of waste lithium-ion battery to concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain mixture (B), adding peroxyacetic acid, reacting for 2-5 hours, adding deionized water, reacting, ultrasonically processing for 10-40 minutes, solid-liquid separating, washing the solid, drying to obtain graphene, grinding the positive electrode material and graphene to obtain mixture (C), adding conductive agent and binder, stirring for 2-5 hours to obtain mixed slurry (D), coating on aluminum foil and drying. USE - Recycling method of waste lithium-ion battery negative electrode graphite ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the experiment process, and improves the electrochemical performance of the graphene to a certain degree.
