▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves mixing a graphene material with a polybutadiene material to form a core mixture. The core mixture is provided with 40-90 weight percent of polybutadiene, 0.4 to 2.5 weight percent graphene material, 1-30 weight percent polyisoprene, 10-50 weight percent zinc diacrylate, 1-30 weight percent zinc oxide, 1-20 weight percent zinc stearate, and 0.1-10 weight percent peroxide initiator. A core (12) is compression molded from the core mixture. A cover (16) is formed over core. A mantle layer is formed over the core. USE - Method for forming core for golf ball. ADVANTAGE - The durability of the core is improved by using graphene in the core to improve the impact strength of the ball. The aging properties are improved due to the incorporation of graphene in the core for better retention of compression and coefficient of restitution (COR) over time. The durability of golf ball with a dual core is allowed to experience a dramatic increase in crack durability based on improvement to the dual core.
