▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A two component waterborne road marking paint comprises organic fluorine-modified acrylic resin, graphene oxide-modified polyurethane resin, film-forming additive, BYK-381. (RTM: leveling agent), antifoaming agent, and dispersing agent, the modified acrylic resin is prepared from the raw materials such as methyl methacrylate, n-butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, isocyanate, hydroxy-terminated fluoropolyester polysiloxane, glycidyl versatate, and initiator. The graphene oxide-modified polyurethane resin is prepared from the raw materials such as graphite powder, potassium persulfate, phosphorus pentoxide, potassium permanganate, sulfuric acid, 3% hydrogen peroxide, KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), and polyurethane emulsion, and the initiator is chosen from t-butyl peroxybenzoate, t-butyl peroxypivalate, cumene hydroperoxide, t-butyl hydroperoxide, benzoyl peroxide, lauroyl peroxide, potassium sulfate, sodium persulfate and ammonium persulfate. USE - Two-component waterborne road marking paint used in road construction. ADVANTAGE - The two-component waterborne road marking paint is economically friendly, and has excellent gloss retention, water resistance, acid resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, strength and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of two-component waterborne road marking paint, which involves mixing and stirring organic fluorine-modified acrylic resin, graphene oxide-modified polyurethane resin, BYK-381 (RTM: leveling agent), antifoaming agent, and dispersing agent, and adding film-forming additive, and the mixture is uniformly stirred and then ground until a predetermined fineness is reached.
