NOVELTY - Preparing thin film involves preparing dispersion liquid containing nano-carbon material and sericin, adding the degradable biomass material into the dispersion. The first heating treatment is performed, add preservative, the second heating treatment is performed to obtain the precursor solution. The precursor solution is coated on the substrate, performing curing treatment to obtain the film. USE - Method for preparing thin film. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has good flexibility, degradability and negative dielectric property, has stable performance, can be recycled and reused, has good application prospect.
