▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A manufacturing method of graphene conductive film includes: (1) allocating the graphene, the surfactant and the solvent. (2) Mixing the graphene, the surfactant and the solvent as the graphene conductive paste. (3) coating the graphene conductive paste on the substrate and forming the graphene conductive film on the substrate. (4) Drying the graphene conductive film. (5) Annealing the graphene conductive film. By the foregoing method, the sheet resistance of the graphene conductive film is reduced and the conductivity of the graphene conductive film is increased.
