NOVELTY - A modified bismaleimide resin includes graphene oxide-cage silsesquioxane, diallyl bisphenol A and diphenylmethane bismaleimide. Graphene oxide-cage silsesquioxane is obtained by mixing graphene oxide and acid-modified cage silsesquioxane. The acid-modified cage silsesquioxane is obtained by reacting a siloxane monomer with an acid. USE - Modified bismaleimide resin. ADVANTAGE - The modified bismaleimide resin has bending strength of 88-108 MPa and improved glass transition temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified bismaleimide resin, which involves preparing graphene oxide, preparing acid-modified cage silsesquioxane solid powder material, preparing graphene oxide-cage silsesquioxane precursor powder, and preparing graphene oxide-cage silsesquioxane-diallyl bisphenol A-diphenylmethane bismaleimide resin.
