NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene dispersion liquid involves applying voltage to graphite soaked as a positive electrode in electrolyte solution. The electrolyte solution is a polyphase electrolyte solution containing an ionic liquid phase (2) and an aqueous phase (3). The ionic liquid phase and aqueous phase are mutually connected. The positive electrode is in contact with the ionic liquid phase. USE - Manufacture of graphene dispersion liquid. Uses include but are not limited to battery, nanoelectronic material, graphene gel, and graphene-polymer mixed material for high-heat-transfer material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of low-oxygen-content graphene dispersion liquid having uniform dispersion property, high electroconductivity and quality, and suppressed generation of oxygen-containing groups, by easily controlling oxygen content.
