NOVELTY - Cement-based material with strong stability, comprises 80-100 pts. wt. cement, 5-8 pts. wt. metakaolin, 12-18 pts. wt. slag, 1-2 pts. wt. rheology modifier, 3-6 pts. wt. silica fume, 1-5 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 3-4 pts. wt. modified silicon powder, 2-3 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. rheology modifier and 40-60 pts. wt. fine aggregate. The cement is ordinary silicate cement, white silicate cement and/or sulphoaluminate cement. The rheology modifier is cellulose ether or starch ether and polymer emulsion is acrylic resin, polyurethane and/or EVA emulsion. The water reducer is a polycarboxylate high-performance water reducer. USE - Used as cement-based material with strong stability. ADVANTAGE - The cement base material has strong stability, excellent mechanical property, good durability and simple maintenance, and is convenient to use.
