A grain diameter of nickel oxide in the film is 1-200 nm. USE - A composite film with graphene/nickel oxide lamellar structure. ADVANTAGE - The film has good electrical performance and mechanical performance. Its preparation is simple and easy to control. The thickness of the film is controllable, and its shape can be cut and dimension can be adjusted. The film has low cost and is easy to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite film with graphene/nickel oxide lamellar structure comprising: (A) putting graphite oxide and solvent (water or ethanol) into beaker at a ratio of 0.5-2:1 (mg/mL), performing ultrasound for 0.5-5 hours at 200-300 W, and obtaining well dispersed graphene oxide solution; (B) adding nickel nitrate solution into graphene oxide solution at a volume ratio of 1:1-10, continuing to ultrasound for 0.5-5 hours at 200-300 W, obtaining graphene oxide/nickel nitrate solution, putting the solution into vacuum drying box at 70-90 degrees C, drying for 2-5 days, and obtaining graphene oxide/nickel nitrate film; and (C) putting the film into high temperature vacuum furnace, hot-processing the film at 330-1000 degrees C, and obtaining the composite film.
