▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has an automotive service equipment (ASE) light source (1), an optical fiber coupler (2), a sensing unit (3), an UV light (4), a photoelectric converter (5), and a signal processing module (6). The sensing unit includes a single-mode fiber, a multi-mode fiber, a seven-core fiber, a single-mode optical fiber, and a sensitive material. The sensitive materials are coated on the taper area of the multimode fiber and the taper area of the fusion splice of the seven-core fiber and the single-mode fiber respectively. The sensitive material coating technology adopts the drip coating method. The sensor unit is fixed on the slide, then wash the sensing area with ethanol and deionized water and use a dropper to drop a small drop of the prepared silver-doped zinc oxide composite graphene growth solution on the pre-prepared sensing unit and put the sensing unit in a vacuum oven at 60 degrees C for 5 hours. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces the size of the sensing unit, increases the sensitivity of sensing, and enables the sensing device to operate stably for a long time and realizing real-time monitoring of UV light intensity.
