NOVELTY - Sustained release mosquito coil comprises embedded microcapsule, plant essential oil, vegetable binder, polyester binder, organic silicone resin, petroleum resin, rosin, graphene oxide, carbomer, emulsifier, modified sepiolite and water. The sustained release mosquito coil is prepared by (a) weighing each components, (b) mixing the plant essential oil, polyester binder, organic silicone resin, petroleum resin, rosin and graphene oxide to obtain a ball abrasive and then mixing the ball abrasive and the embedded microcapsule to obtain an oil phase, (c) mixing the vegetable binder, carbomer, emulsifier, modified sepiolite and water, allowing to stand for swelling and then stirring and mixing the contents to obtain an aqueous phase and (d) stirring and mixing the oil phase and aqueous phase, performing extrusion molding, naturally drying the scented coil, sealing the coils and storing the product. USE - The sustained release mosquito coil is useful as mosquito repellent. ADVANTAGE - The coil does not break during the combustion process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sustained release mosquito coil comprises 10-30 pts. wt. embedded microcapsule, 8-10 pts. wt. plant essential oil, 10-15 pts. wt. vegetable binder, 10-15 pts. wt. polyester binder, 4-8 pts. wt. organic silicone resin, 3-5 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 3-5 pts. wt. rosin, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. carbomer, 3-6 pts. wt. emulsifier, 4-6 pts. wt. modified sepiolite and 60-80 pts. wt. water. The coil is prepared by (a) weighing the components, (b) mixing the plant essential oil, polyester binder, organic silicone resin, petroleum resin, rosin and graphene oxide to obtain a ball abrasive and then mixing the ball abrasive and the embedded microcapsule to obtain an oil phase, (c) mixing the vegetable binder, carbomer, emulsifier, modified sepiolite and water, allowing to stand for swelling and then stirring and mixing the contents to obtain an aqueous phase and (d) stirring and mixing the oil phase and aqueous phase, performing extrusion molding, naturally drying the scented coil, sealing the coils and storing the product.
