NOVELTY - Lightweight cable material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, 15-30 pts. wt. high density polyethylene resin, 13-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-10 pts. wt. chitin nanometer fiber, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. nano silver particles, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. coupling agent, 4-6 pts. wt. dolomite, 15-20 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 3-4 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 4.5-6 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 3-6 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1.5-2.8 pts. wt. citrate, 9-11 pts. wt. dioctyl sebacate, 1-2 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-termite-anti-rat agent and 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. initiator. USE - Used as lightweight cable material. ADVANTAGE - The material has reasonable raw materials, simple preparation method, convenient operation, anti-bacterial, anti-corrosion, flame retardant, wear-resistant and anti-aging effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Lightweight cable material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, 15-30 pts. wt. high density polyethylene resin, 13-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-10 pts. wt. chitin nanometer fiber, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. nano silver particles, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. coupling agent, 4-6 pts. wt. dolomite, 15-20 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 3-4 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 4.5-6 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 3-6 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1.5-2.8 pts. wt. citrate, 9-11 pts. wt. dioctyl sebacate, 1-2 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-termite-anti-rat agent and 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. initiator. The lightweight cable material is prepared by (i) uniformly mixing coupling agent and initiator, then placing in an oil bath, heating at 75-80 degrees C by magnetic stirring for 20-40 minutes, stopping heating, and then naturally cooling to room temperature, (ii) adding graphene nano fiber and chitin nano fiber composite, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, nano silver particles into the obtained mixture, then mechanically stirring, stirring uniformly, carrying out ultrasonic dispersing treatment at 45-50 degrees C, and then heating to 75-80 degrees C for 2-5 hours to obtain graphene nano fiber composite, (iii) heating ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, high density polyethylene resin until to a melting state, then adding dolomite, sepiolite powder, anti-aging agent, citrate, dioctyl sebacate, stabilizer, cross-linking agent, lubricant, anti-termite-anti-rat agent, initiator, mixing uniformly, and then stirring for 20-45 minutes to obtain uniformly mixed material, (iv) adding the uniformly mixed material in a double-screw extruder, extruding and pelletizing, melting and extruding at 275 degrees C, and (v) adding the obtained graphene nano fiber composite and the melt blended material into a high speed mixer, and mixing at 125 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, then adding the mixed material into the twin-screw extruder, extruding and granulating at 265 degrees C, cooling and drying to obtain final product.
