▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a high-strength graphene antibacterial hydrogel material, involves (a) mixing a styrene-butadiene emulsion, graphene oxide, acrylamide, acrylic acid and deionized water evenly, adding a crosslinking agent N,N'-methylenebis(acrylamide), stirring to fully dissolve to form a uniform solution, adding ammonium persulfate and mixing, injecting the solution into a mold, and reacting at 90℃ for 10 minutes to obtain a sheet-shaped hydrogel, and (b) soaking the sheet-shaped hydrogel in a ferric chloride solution for crosslinking, and taking it out when the overall color of the hydrogel turns yellow and is evenly distributed, finally immersing the prepared hydrogel in deionized water and dialyzing for 24 hours to remove unreacted monomers, washing and drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing a high-strength graphene antibacterial hydrogel material, which is used in energy storage, catalysis, sensor and adsorption fields. ADVANTAGE - The method produces hydrogel with extremely high mechanical properties and certain antibacterial properties.
