NOVELTY - Graphene aluminum based composite material is prepared by ball-milling aluminum powder or aluminum alloy powder to obtain metal aluminum powder; adding graphene and metal aluminum powder in a ball-milling tank and grinding to obtain composite powder, and pressing the composite powder to obtain a preform; melting pure aluminum block or aluminum alloy block at 700-900 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain aluminum liquid and setting aside; and setting the preform into a mold, heating mold to 500-700 degrees C, impregnating the preform gap with the aluminum liquid, then cooling the mold, and demolding. USE - Method for preparing graphene aluminum based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost and can obtain composite material having uniform granularity, high density and large size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene aluminum based composite material comprises: (A) putting pure aluminum powder or aluminum alloy powder is in a ball-milling tank, vacuumizing, filling protective gas, ball-milling and grinding the powder material for 2-3 hours at 120-250 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain metal aluminum powder, and sieving metal aluminum powder through 25-500 meshes; (B) adding graphene and metal aluminum powder in a ball-milling tank, vacuumizing, filling protective gas, grinding the materials for 2-6 hours at 200-400 rpm to obtain composite powder, and pressing the composite powder to obtain a preform; (C) melting pure aluminum block or aluminum alloy block at 700-900 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain aluminum liquid and setting aside; and (D) setting the preform into a mold, heating mold to 500-700 degrees C, impregnating the preform gap with the aluminum liquid by pressure impregnating method for 0.5-1 hour, then cooling the mold, and demolding obtained graphene aluminum based composite material.
