NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene paper current collector involves mixing expanded graphite and pure water, obtaining mixture through low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion, adding pure water to the mixture to dilute and adding active agent, stirring, mechanically peeling through shearing processes (s1) and (s2) to obtain mixed slurry, crushing the mixed slurry through a high-pressure homogenization process, ultrasonically vibrating to obtain graphene mixed slurry, freeze-drying for solid-liquid separation of the graphene mixed slurry, obtaining graphene powder, and molding. USE - Preparation of graphene paper current collector used in supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environmentally-friendly, and does not involve in complex chemical reaction. The graphene paper current collector has a large specific surface area, which increases the storage capacity of active materials and improves the capacity and performance of the supercapacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene paper current collector prepared by the method, which has specific surface area of 1450-1500 m2/g; and (2) supercapacitor, which has voltage of 2.7-4 V, and volume energy density of 16-25 Wh/L.
