▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Hydrogen permeation membrane comprises carbon-based material and ceramic material which are mixed together, where carbon-based material comprises graphene, graphite and carbon nanotubes and ceramic material is represented by linear formula. USE - Hydrogen permeation membrane. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogen permeation membrane is cost-effective and stable, has high efficiency, and exhibits improved hydrogen flux. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Hydrogen permeation membrane comprises carbon-based material and ceramic material which are mixed together, where carbon-based material comprises graphene, graphite and carbon nanotubes, and ceramic material is represented by BaZr1-x-y-zCexYyTzO3-delta, where x is 0-0.5, y is 0-0.5, z is 0-0.5, sum of x, y and z is greater than 0, delta is 0-0.5, and T is Ytterbium, Scandium, Titanium, Niobium, Tantalum, Molybdenum, Manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, gallium, and indium. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for forming membrane, which involves mixing carbon-based material and ceramic powder to form carbon-ceramic mixture, pressing carbon-ceramic mixture to form composite membrane, and sintering carbon-ceramic mixture at 1100-1700 degrees C; and (2) a method of extracting hydrogen from a feed stream, which involves exposing the feed stream to first side of a membrane at 600-1000 degrees C, where feed stream comprises hydrogen; and collecting pure hydrogen gas from a second side of the membrane opposite of the first side.
