NOVELTY - The device has an LED formed with nucleus-shell quantum dot of a metal oxide-graphene and fixed in a light-emitting layer. The light-emitting layer is formed in nano-fiber film based on nature keratin derivative-polyvinylalchol. The light-emitting layer is provided with a structure of a substrate i.e. polyethylene terephthalate substrate /hole injection layer(HIL) / hole-transport layer /polyethoxylate ethanolate/light-emitting layer/electron-transport layer/electrode i.e. aluminum electrode. The electrode and the light-emitting layer are made of poly- poly-N,N'-bis-4-butylphenyl-N,N'-bis. USE - Environment-friendly soft wearable light emitting device for an optical device. ADVANTAGE - The device manufactures fabric after TEMPO-oxidized process is completed based on nature keratin, and obtains the fiber material from hair of hair, nail, wool, feather, animal of human, and egg The LED utilizes the quantum dot of the nucleus-shell construction of the metal oxide- graphene as the light-emitting layer so as to simplify manufacturing process, and enhance possibility of mass production. The LED is formed within the transparent nanofiber so as to perform optical transmission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The nano-fiber film is fabric or non-woven fabric. The substrate is coated with indium tin oxide. The HIL is made of poly, 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-poly-styrene sulfonate.
