NOVELTY - The method involves mixing liquid or solid static electricity generating material with bellows forming a sealing element (60) to generate static electricity when a surface of the bellows is rubbed with a rotating shaft (80). The bellows are arranged on a surface part of the rotating shaft. The static electricity is generated by mixing conductive ink, carbon nanotubes, graphene and expanded graphite. The rotary shaft is connected to electricity or ground to form an electric charge. USE - Method for preventing water leakage of a pump by using static electricity. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preventing water leakage and leakage by generating static electricity during friction with the rotating shaft, so that the sealing part is grounded to the rotating shaft even at low pressure.
