NOVELTY - Preparation of heat conducting film involves coating graphene slurry on net-shaped substrate surface and on mesh, baking at low temperature to form film to obtain graphene composite film, thermally reducing graphene composite film at low-temperature and at mid-temperature, carbonizing, graphitizing at high-temperature and rolling obtained graphene composite film. USE - Preparation of heat conducting film (claimed) for mobile phones. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the production yield of the ultra-thick graphene composite heat conducting film.
