NOVELTY - A graphene-modified aluminum-based composite material comprises 0.12-0.54 wt.% graphene, 0.04-0.18 wt.% aluminum carbide, and 99.28-99.84 wt.% aluminum. USE - Graphene-modified aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the graphene modified aluminum-based composite material which comprises heating aluminum-based material to molten state at 660-750 degrees C for 3-10 minutes, and slowly cooling to liquid temperature; setting pre-heating temperature of container at 500-600 degrees C, and smelting aluminum base alloy; and quickly stirring liquid metal slurry adding graphene and mixed powder of aluminum carbide, putting into mold cavity, and directly pressing.
