▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing sulfur-doped graphene from waste lubricating oil regeneration production wastewater comprises (i) dropping sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate solution into waste lubricating oil regeneration production wastewater free of oil, aerating, adding hydrotalcite powder, aerating, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and taking the separated precipitate as modified hydrotalcite, (ii) calcining, and cooling, (iii) adding cooled modified hydrotalcite into hydrochloric acid solution, stirring, separating, and drying, and (iv) carrying out vacuum heat treatment, and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing sulfur-doped graphene from waste lubricating oil regeneration production wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: fully utilizes wastewater resource; achieves change of waste into valuables; saves cost; is simple; and has low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing sulfur-doped graphene from waste lubricating oil regeneration production wastewater comprises (i) dropwise adding 5-10 ml sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate solution with concentration of 40-150 mg/l into 1 l waste lubricating oil regeneration production wastewater free of oil, simultaneously, carrying out aeration at a speed of 10-60 l/hour, when the dropwise addition amount of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate solution is 1/4-1/2 of the total dropwise addition amount, adding 10-30 g 50-80 meshes hydrotalcite powder into the mixed solution in batches along with aeration, after dropwise addition, aerating for 2-3 hours, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, separating the supernatant as processed wastewater, and taking the separated precipitate as modified hydrotalcite, (ii) calcining the modified hydrotalcite at 400-600 degrees C under vacuum condition for 2-4 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain calcined product, (iii) adding each gram of cooled modified hydrotalcite into 5-10 ml hydrochloric acid solution, where the addition amount of the calcined product is 20-40% of the hydrochloric acid solution, stirring in nitrogen protective atmosphere for 3-4 hours, separating the precipitates, and drying to obtain intermediate product, and (iv) carrying out vacuum heat treatment on the intermediate product at 2000-2500 degrees C, and cooling to obtain two-dimensional sulfur-doped graphene.
