NOVELTY - A device has reaction device having a tubular reactor. The tubular reactor has multiple and same structure. The tubular reactor is connected in series through a pipeline. The tubular reaction device comprises a copper tube arranged on the inner wall of reaction device and induction coil arranged on the copper tube. The induction coil is connected with a high-frequency induction heating device, nickel-chromium-iron alloy pellets and metal porous plates. The upper and lower ends of tubular reactor are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. USE - The device is useful for preparing graphene by silicon carbide epitaxial growth. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple structure and high efficiency, and provides prepared graphene with excellent utilization rate and yield.
