NOVELTY - Silicon-based cathode conductive paste, comprises nano-carbon materials that promote electronic conduction and nano-titanium dioxide materials that promote lithium-ion mobility. The two form a complex through chemical bonds or physical interactions, and are uniformly dispersed in the liquid reagent through the action of a specific dispersant. The nano-carbon material is carbon nanotube, carbon nanofiber, graphene, reduced graphene oxide or porous carbon; the specific dispersant is polyvinylpyrrolidone, carboxymethylcellulose or sodium lauryl sulfate; and the liquid reagent is water, ethanol, isopropanol or ethylene glycol. USE - Silicon-based cathode conductive paste. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicon-based cathode conductive slurry, which improves the first coulomb efficiency and cycle stability of the silicon oxide, and improves the electronic conductivity and ion conductivity of the cathode, and inhibits the volume expansion of the anode.
