NOVELTY - Preparing graphene multifunctional antiviral and antibacterial soft chip comprises (1) adding graphene, inorganic antibacterial powder, far-infrared powder, and negative ion powder to the silica sol, stirring and mixing evenly, adding silane coupling agent, carrying out surface gel reaction, vacuum drying, and pulverizing to obtain porous silica and inorganic nano-powder material modified on surface of silane coupling agent, (2) adding the porous silica and the surface-modified inorganic nano-powder material of the silane coupling agent to the traditional Chinese medicine antiviral extract containing calcium acetate for adsorption treatment, and freeze drying, (3) adding multifunctional nanoparticles into fiber spinning solution, stirring and dispersing, and spinning from the solution to obtain primary fibers, (4) subjecting the nascent fibers to steam heat treatment, and vacuum drying to obtain porous fibers, and (5) weaving the porous fibers, shaping, and then softening. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene multifunctional antiviral and antibacterial soft chip, which is useful for preparing graphene antibacterial and antiviral cellulose composite fiber. Can also be useful in functional fiber material and antibacterial deodorant fabric. ADVANTAGE - The graphene multifunctional antiviral antibacterial soft chip has good anti-virus antibacterial and health care function, and has long durable water washing soft smooth hand feeling.
