NOVELTY - The method involves forming an insulating layer pattern (60) by printing an adhesive insulating layer (60') on a flexible printed circuit board (10). A graphene layer (40) is formed by heating nickel foil net (41) and flowing ethylene gas in a vacuum state. A graphene pattern (45) is formed along the wiring pattern on the insulating layer with acryl protective film. USE - Method for forming wiring for flexible display e.g. LCD, organic electroluminescent display, electrophoretic display (all claimed). Can also be used in plasma display, LED display, vacuum fluorescent display and field emission display. ADVANTAGE - The wirings can be formed easily on the flexible printed circuit board at low cost.
