NOVELTY - Anti corrosion coating comprises 4 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene supported titanium dioxide, 50-70 pts. wt. base resin, 10-15 pts. wt. multifunctional auxiliary agent, 5-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 5-20 pts. wt. adhesion promoter and 1-3 pts. wt. flatting agent. USE - Anti corrosion coating for the surface of distributed photovoltaic modules. ADVANTAGE - The anti corrosion coating has ultraviolet resistance radiation, chemical corrosion resistance, stain resistance and waterproof performance. The graphene-loaded titanium dioxide is added to the coating as a functional filler, and the results of the salt spray resistance test show that the coating achieves the photocathodic protection effect on the metal substrate. After the coating is tested for salt spray resistance, the metal only slightly corrodes.
