▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A package comprises biodegradable sealant having a thickness of 5-100 microm, barrier material chosen from metal or its alloy coated with sealant, biodegradable ink deposited on material and having a thickness of 0.5-20 microm, and biodegradable protective layer on the outside of the package and having a thickness of 25 microm. The barrier material has a thickness of 7-100 microm. The surface of the barrier material has energy of at least 38 dyne/cm, or treatable to an energy of at least 38 dyne/cm. The package has a moisture vapor transmission rate of less than 10 g/m2/day at 37degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 90%, and shelf life of at least one year when comprising liquid consumer product. The sealant layer of disintegrates into pieces sufficiently small to pass through 1 mm sieve in two years after exposure (E1) and continuous exposure to water and sealant-degrading microorganisms. The package is recycled using existing aluminum recycling streams. USE - Package used for enclosing consumer product e.g. liquid or powder (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to trash bags, food packaging, refill packs, recyclable sachets, skin lotion, shave lotion, liquid soap, bar soap, toothpaste, detergent, etc. ADVANTAGE - The package ensures excellent adhesiveness between the sealant and coating layers, increased structural integrity, long shelf life, maintains mechanical properties, and is biodegradable.
