▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based sequencing device has an insulating layer on a substrate, graphene nanoribbons located on the insulating layer, and a grain boundary located in graphene nanoribbons nanopores, in which the nano-holes have boundary graphene electrode and located on either side of the nanopore graphene nanostripe metal electrodes. USE - Graphene-based sequencing device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based sequencing device is manufactured by a simple process, and improves stability and reliability of test in tow semi-arc electrode two side of grain boundary with reduced impact of fluctuations due to molecular structure of DNA, and improves resolution ratio of non-destructive assay (NDA) and signal-noise ratio. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene-based sequencing device.
