NOVELTY - Thermal insulation material comprises 80-120 pts. wt. aramid, 15-30 pts. wt. aerogel, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 60-80 pts. wt. acetone, 10-20 pts. wt. composite dry gel, 20-40 pts. wt. adhesive, and 100-200 pts. wt. surface yarn. The preparation method of thermal insulation material comprises providing polyacrylate, and acetone, ultrasonically dissolving, obtaining polyacrylate solution; then taking aerogel, slowly adding to the polyacrylate solution, stirring, adding carbon fiber, performing ultrasonication to obtain the mixed thermal insulation glue solution; using the scraper to coat the mixed thermal insulation glue solution on the aramid cloth, obtaining thermal insulation aramid base cloth; spraying the suspension on the surface yarn, coating thermal insulation aramid cloth and surface yarn with one side of flame-retardant viscose agent opposite to each other, and pressurizing, and drying. The preparation method of thermal insulation material comprises (1) providing polyacrylate, and acetone, ultrasonically dissolving, obtaining polyacrylate solution; then taking aerogel, slowly adding to the polyacrylate solution, adding while stirring at a speed of 60-80 revolutions/minute (rpm), continuously stirring for 24 hours, adding carbon fiber, performing ultrasonication for 1-2 hours to obtain the mixed thermal insulation glue solution; (2) using the scraper to coat the mixed thermal insulation glue solution on the aramid cloth, obtaining thermal insulation aramid base cloth after drying; (3) taking composite dry gel, adding absolute ethanol of 10-20 times of the mass of the composite dry gel, forming suspension, spraying the suspension on the surface yarn, obtaining the thermal insulation surface yarn after drying, and (4) taking adhesive, evenly coating surface yarn in the thermal insulation aramid base cloth, coating thermal insulation aramid cloth and surface yarn with one side of flame-retardant viscose agent opposite to each other, and pressurizing for 10-30 minutes at pressure of 0.5-0.6 MPa, drying at 40-60 ℃ for 6-8 hours, under the condition of 80-110 ℃, for 10-12 hours.
