NOVELTY - Graphene-based non-enzymatic glucose sensor comprises a graphene film grown on the surface of a copper substrate. A two-dimensional layered structure compound dispersed on the surface of the graphene film, and an outer layer of copper nanoparticles. The graphene-based non-enzyme glucose sensor, the loading amount of the two-dimensional layered structure compound is 0.1-0.1 and 1 mg/g the loading amount of the copper nano-particle is 0.1-0.5 mg/g. USE - The sensor is useful for preparing blood sugar detecting device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor improves the sensitivity of the sensor; and has large specific surface area, good conductivity, stability and mechanical properties; and helps biological recognition to increase target binding, amplify the signal and improves the sensitivity, stability and detection range of the sensor.
