▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene fiber pressure sensor is arranged with an optical fiber (1) and graphene film (3). An end portion of the optical fiber is provided with concave cavity (2) that is covered via graphene film. The concave cavity and graphene film are arranged to form Fabry-Perot cavity. USE - Graphene fiber pressure sensor arranged in pressure measuring device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pressure sensor having simple structure eliminates the influence of light source stability and light disturbance. The pressure sensor is provided with high measuring precision and low cost. The pressure sensor having strong controllability is provided with wide applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing graphene fiber pressure sensor; (2) a pressure measuring device arranged with graphene fiber pressure sensor; and (3) a pressure measuring method using graphene fiber pressure sensor.
