NOVELTY - Spray-coating silicone adhesive comprises 50-60 pts. wt. component A, 50-60 pts. wt. component B, 25-30 pts. wt. diluent and 0-40 pts. wt. filler. The component A comprises 30-60 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 20-50 pts. wt. dimethicone oil, 35-55 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. organic bentonite and 0.01-1 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, and its viscosity is 25000-30000 cps. The component B comprises 20-50 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 40-60 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 5-20 pts. wt. methyl trimethoxysiloxane, 1-5 pts. wt. organic bentonite and 3-8 pts. wt. color paste, and its viscosity is 10000-15000 cps. USE - The adhesive is useful for power device (claimed) e.g. mobile phones and computers, national defense, industrial and civil high-end technology. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has low viscosity, excellent insulating performance, excellent radiating performance and controllable thickness. The operation is simple and convenient, which is good for prolonging the service life of the power device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the adhesive, comprising (1) taking white paste-like component A, black paste-like component B, diluent and filler, (2) dividing the diluent into two parts, and slowly adding the diluent to group A and group B, and uniformly stirring to obtain white solution C and black solution D, (3) adding filler to the white solution C, uniformly stirring and ultrasonically dispersing under sealed conditions, so that the filler is dispersed in the white solution C to obtain white suspension E, and (4) slowly adding the black solution D to the white suspension E, uniformly stirring to obtain the silicone glue, and sealing.
