NOVELTY - The method involves using corrosion solution on a copper foil to obtain a monolayer graphite (2). A single layer graphene is transferred onto a transfer medium of a carbon film (3). An organic solvent is provided on transfer medium surface, a golden/copper supporting net and the carbon film (4). The organic solvent on the support grid and the carbon film is completely dried (5) to obtain a graphene thin film. Two-layer graphene is obtained (6). The two-layer graphene is completely dried to obtain a multi-layer graphene transmission electron microscope (TEM) sample. USE - Method for manufacturing a multi-layer graphene TEM sample. ADVANTAGE - The method enables controlling graphene thin film layers with high precision.
