NOVELTY - The device has a conveying belt (1) whose top end is provided with a coating mechanism (2). An end of a top portion of the conveyor belt is located far away from the coating mechanism. A laminating mechanism (4) is provided at an end of the top of an end surface of a surface of the lamination belt. A drying mechanism (3) is arranged between the top end surface and the top surface of an outer side of the surface of another end surface. The coating mechanism comprises a first coating mechanism and a second coating mechanism that are connected with each other. USE - Full-automatic graphene electro-thermal film processing device for electric heating film processing of a graphene conductor clamped in the middle through two base films and generating heat by electrifying the graphene. ADVANTAGE - The coating mechanism is used for printing the graphene on the surface of the base film in a screen printing manner, so that the graphene electric heating film processing device can be operated in a full-automatic manner.
