NOVELTY - Preparing gold nano-particle by quickly reducing graphene-based self-assembled multilayers comprises taking polyethyleneimine and polyacrylic acid as polyelectrolyte, processing self-assembly technology by taking hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent to obtain reduced graphene oxide multilayers solution having good dispersibility, adding the multilayers solution with chloroauric acid, processing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature and pressure, reducing graphene oxide with polyelectrolyte multilayer membrane, and performing in-situ reduction to obtain the multi-layer composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing gold nano-particle by quickly reducing graphene-based self-assembled multilayers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; has short preparation period; produces the product having controllable size, good stability, good photothermal conversion efficiency, better surface enhanced Raman effect and good biocompatibility, and can be reproducible.
