NOVELTY - An environment-friendly graphene nano-textile fabric comprises first graphene nanofiber and second graphene nanofiber woven into one-up one-down weaving line pattern. USE - Environment-friendly graphene nano-textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has improved toughness and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environment-friendly graphene nano-textile fabric comprising; (A) mixing graphite powder with strong oxidizing solution at weight ratio of 2:4 at room temperature for 15-20 minutes at speed of 58 revolutions/minute (rpm), performing first ultrasonic wave oscillation at ultrasonic frequency of 50-65 kHz for 44-48 minutes, standing for 1 hour to obtain primary solution, adding hydrogen peroxide at volume ratio of 7:5 uniformly stirring at speed of 120 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain secondary liquid, adding chlorine at volume ratio of 3:4, reacting for 40-50 minutes, standing for 2 hours and performing second ultrasonic wave oscillation at ultrasonic frequency of 60-97 kHz for 65-70 minutes to obtain graphene additive liquid; (B) adding polypropylene raw material to graphene additive liquid for 2 times at interval of 10-15 minutes, stirring and mixing, and continuously stirring at speed of 110-120 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain first graphene nanofiber spinning solution; (C) adding polypropylene raw material to graphene additive liquid for 4 times at interval of 40-60 minutes, stirring and mixing, and continuously stirring at speed of 130-150 rpm for 1-2 hours to obtain second graphene nanofiber spinning solution; (D) adding first graphene nanofiber spinning solution into melting extruder, heating, melting, extruding, introducing into nano-jet nozzle and conveying to transport network of receiver to obtain first graphene nanofiber; (E) adding second graphene nanofiber spinning solution into melting extruder, heating, melting, extruding, introducing into nano-jet nozzle and conveying to transport network of receiver to obtain second graphene nanofiber; and (F) adding first graphene nanofiber and second graphene nanofiber in textile machine and weaving up and down.
