NOVELTY - Heat exchanger comprises a shell, a central rotor, a compartment and heat exchange elements. The compartment is rotatably connected to housing through central rotor. The heat exchange element is arranged in compartment. The heat exchange element includes a metal base, a transition layer, and a three-layer material of working layer. The transition layer is coated on outer surface of metal substrate. The working layer is coated on outer surface of transition layer. The working layer comprises 30-65 wt.% first film former, 10-25 wt.% high thermal conductivity ceramic powder, 15-20 wt.% high thermal conductivity whiskers, 5-10 wt.% organic solvent, 3-9 wt.% curing agent, and 2-6 wt.% dispersant. USE - The heat exchanger is useful in chemical industry, light industry, energy, pharmacy, mechanical and industrial fields, boiler smoke heat exchanger of coal-flmaed heat power plant. ADVANTAGE - The exchanger: has high-efficacy and long-life; improved strength and adhesion of coating in heat exchange element by high thermal conductivity transition layer; has high strength, strong thermal conductivity, smooth surface, and dust air erosion resistance; has self-cleaning, high temperature resistance and high thermal conductivity, which can greatly improve heat exchange efficacy of heat exchanger.
