NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material involves adding polyphenylene sulfide to nitric acid/sulfuric acid mixed acid, heating at 55-60 degrees C for 30-35 minutes, filtering, washing and drying to obtain nitrified polyphenylene sulfide, adding nitrified polyphenylene sulfide to dimethylformamide with reducing agent, refluxing at 70-75 degrees C for 5.5-6 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, precipitating product with acidified methanol, washing, drying to obtain ammoniated polyphenylene sulfide, adding graphene oxide to strong nitric acid, oxidizing at 120-150 degrees C for 10-12 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain nitrated graphene quantum dots, ultrasonically dispersing ammoniated polyphenylene sulfide, nitrated graphene quantum dot, condensing agent and catalyst in dimethylformamide and carrying out condensation reaction at 40-45 degrees C for 24-26 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with pure water and organic solvent and drying. USE - Preparation of composite material used for preparing anticorrosive coating and high-performance protective coating for metal surface protection (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has close network structure, which block some pollutants and improve hydrophobicity, acid and alkali resistance and dispersing composite material in epoxy resin significantly improve the hydrophobicity and viscosity of epoxy resin which is used as high-performance protective coating.
