NOVELTY - The method involves dropping the transparent graphene liquid on the copper foil. The copper foil with graphene liquid is put into the rotating machine for rotation. A uniform graphene film is formed on the copper foil. The copper foil is energized into water, and the graphene film is peeled off with tweezers. The graphene film is immersed in water to prevent contamination on the graphene film. The soaked graphene film is placed on a flexible coil through light-curing glue. The UV light is irradiated to the graphene film to be adhered to the flexible coil. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene coil. ADVANTAGE - The contamination on the graphene film is prevented. The manufacturing method of the graphene coil has low manufacturing cost, high production efficiency, and high quality of the produced graphene coil.
