▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing radiation-resistant phenyl silicone rubber comprises (i) taking alkyl cyclosiloxane, adding alkaline catalyst and reacting to obtain polyalkyl silicon alkoxide, and (ii) taking phenyl cyclosiloxane or alkyl phenyl cyclosiloxane and alkyl cyclosiloxane, alkyl vinyl cyclosiloxane, polyalkyl silicon alkoxide obtained in step (i), and end-capping agent, then heating at 100-200 degrees C under nitrogen condition, reacting for 1-2.5 hours, then heating at 120-150 degrees C and reacting for 1-1.5 hours to obtain final product. USE - The radiation-resistant phenyl silicone rubber is useful for preparing radiation-resistant high-temperature vulcanized phenyl silicone rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The radiation-resistant phenyl silicone rubber has higher molecular weight and narrower molecular weight distribution and high utilization rate of raw materials. The radiation-resistant high-temperature vulcanized phenyl silicone rubber composite material has excellent radiation resistance; and improves the damping performance while greatly improvesthe radiation resistance and physical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) radiation-resistant phenyl silicone rubber obtained by above method; (2) radiation-resistant high-temperature vulcanized phenyl silicone rubber composite material, comprising radiation-resistant phenyl silicone rubber, A-type radiation-resistant agent, B-type radiation-resistant agent, white carbon black, vulcanizing agent and structure control agent, the A-type radiation-resistant agent is a metal oxide, and the B-type radiation-resistant agent is a compound with a conjugated large pi delocalized structure, the amount of A-type radiation-resistant agent is 0-40 pts. wt., preferably 10-30 pts. wt., the dosage of B-type radiation resistant agent is 0.1-5 pts. wt., preferably 0.4-1 pts. wt., the amount of white carbon black is 30-60 pts. wt., preferably 40-50 pts. wt., the amount of vulcanizing agent is 0.1-2 pts. wt., preferably 1-1.5 pts. wt., and the amount of structure control agent is 0-5 pts. wt., preferably 1-2 pts. wt..; and (3) preparing radiation-resistant high-temperature vulcanized phenyl silicone rubber composite material, comprising blending radiation-resistant phenyl silicone rubber, white carbon black, radiation-resistant agent, structure control agent and vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing to obtain radiation-resistant high-temperature vulcanized phenyl silicone rubber compound, preferably adding radiation-resistant phenyl silicone rubber, white carbon black, radiation-resistant agent, and structure control agent to the open mill for mixing, then adding components including vulcanizing agent to mixing to obtain radiation-resistant vulcanized phenyl silicon rubber mixed rubber, then vulcanizing and mold pressing the mixed rubber to obtain radiation-resistant high-temperature vulcanized phenyl silicone rubber composite material.
