NOVELTY - Graphene-modified polyethylene waterproof and breathable membrane comprises 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene, 50-80 pts. wt. polyethylene, 1-4 pts. wt. masterbatch, where modified graphene includes 3-10 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 10 pts. wt. polyethylene, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Graphene-modified polyethylene waterproof and breathable membrane used for sanitary materials. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified polyethylene waterproof and breathable membrane enables to avoid graphene agglomeration and uneven dispersion; improves waterproof and breathability of polymer film; and has good application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified waterproof, and breathable membrane, which involves: (A) mixing modified graphene, polyethylene, and color masterbatch uniformly, then casting into film; (B) using cast film, which is thermally stretched to form nanoporous film, and heat-setting film, cooling, cutting; and (C) rolling to obtain final product.
