▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Corrosion resistant coating material comprises 150-250 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 55-75 pts. wt. graphene composite material, 30-50 pts. wt. modified Polyether-ether-ketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic), 6-10 pts. wt. cosolvent, 2-8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-6 pts. wt. curing agent and 50-90 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as corrosion resistant coating material. ADVANTAGE - The coating material: can increase the dispersion of graphene in the epoxy resin, and the density of the epoxy resin through the mutual cross-linking of the active hydroxy groups in the graphene composite material and the epoxy resin thus shields the penetration of corrosive media; and has high corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corrosion resistant coating material, comprising (i) pouring the epoxy resin into the water, adding the graphene composite material, the modified Polyether-ether-ketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) and the coupling agent, placing it in a stirrer for stirring and dispersing to prepare a mixture; (ii) grinding the mixture thoroughly to obtain a grinding material; (iii) adding co-solvent and curing agent into the grinding material, and stirring continuously for 15-30 minutes to obtain semi-finished coating materials; and (iv) adding the semi-finished product of the coating material into the mold for high-temperature calcination, cooling to room temperature with the furnace, and taking it out.
