NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced polycarbonate conductive composite material comprises 85.4-86 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 3-6.3 pts. wt. graphene, 0-3.3 pts. wt. second conductive filler, 0-0.6 pt. wt. graphene surfactant, 2 pts. wt. flow modifier, 5 pts. wt. toughening agent-5, 0.4 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.3 pt. wt. additive. USE - As graphene-reinforced polycarbonate conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent conductivity under condition of low addition amount and excellent compatibility, reduces the loss of mechanical properties, is easy to disperse in polymer substrate, and solves the problem that the products stain other articles in application process and blanking blockage caused by too much powder in process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite material, involving (a) mixing graphene surfactant, graphene and second conductive filler at certain temperature to obtain a surface-activated compound conductive filler, (b) continuously mixing polycarbonate, flow modifier, antioxidant, toughening agent and compound conductive filler at certain temperature, performing melt blending, cooling and dicing to obtain graphene reinforced polycarbonate master batch, and (c) melt-blending graphene reinforced polycarbonate master batch and polycarbonate substrate at certain ratio to obtain the composite material.
