▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing heteroatom-functionalized supported metal catalyst involves moving carbon-based carrier material into aqueous solution of nitrogen-containing reagent or boron-containing reagent, sealing into a heating oven, performing heat treatment at 60-150degrees Celsius for 5-15 hours, washing, drying to obtain the heteroatom-doped carrier material, dissolving the metal salt in deionized water, immersing on the obtained heteroatom-doped support material, loading the metal between 1-35%, vacuuming, drying treatment to obtain the catalyst precursor, performing under the protection of inert gas, and heating quickly the obtained catalyst precursor by microwave to obtain a heteroatom-functionalized supported metal catalyst. USE - Method for preparing heteroatom-functionalized supported metal catalyst used for rapid in-situ microwave synthesis of Fischer-Tropsch (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare uniformly dispersed supported metal catalyst, the presence of heteroatoms can effectively rivet metal species, maintain the stability of catalytic activity, and provide a new idea for the synthesis and design of catalysts for the preparation of high-value hydrocarbon products in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
