NOVELTY - The system has a graphene heating film (3) whose edge area is covered with a graphite heating film along a blade. A graphene heating film electrode (8) is covered to the graphene heating film. The graphite heating film electrode is connected with a control system (7) through a power wire (6). A surface of an air power blade (1) is completely contacted with the graphite heating film electrode that is connected to an outside edge of the graphite heating film. A lightning-proof metal net layer (5) is covered with a glass fiber cloth protection layer (10). USE - Graphene-based air power blade heating film de-icing system. ADVANTAGE - The system realizes electrode joint structure design using graphite heating film and graphite heating film so as to ensure graphene heating stability and reliability of the film. The system adopts designing process of single-side electrode so as to effectively reduce influence of external shape of the blade so that air power blade surface icing difficulty is effectively overcome. The system realizes an air motor at a lower part so as to safely utilize under cold climate environment so that efficient operation is realized. The system has better process property.
