NOVELTY - Preparing eco-friendly adhesive by aminated graphene modified urea-formaldehyde resin involves adding aminated graphene into a urea-formaldehyde resin by polymerization method to prepare eco-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, adding 3g natural graphite, 1.5g sodium nitrate to 70mL of concentrated H2SO4, after electric stirring for 40 minutes, slowly adding 9g potassium permanganate, and maintaining the temperature below 20 degrees C with an ice water bath and reacting for 30 minutes. The system is warmed to 40 degrees C and stirred for 30 minutes. The 200 mL of distilled water is slowly added to the system., after stirred to 98 degrees C for 15 minutes. The system is cooled to room temperature and poured into 400 mL of deionized water. The 30% peroxide is added dropwise until the solution is golden, stand for 12 hours, filtered and centrifuged, then washed remaining solid with 5% hydrochloric acid and distilled water to pH 7, then dried the sample at 70 degrees C to obtain graphite oxide. USE - Method for preparing eco-friendly adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare eco-friendly adhesive that has important scientific directive significance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing eco-friendly adhesive by aminated graphene modified urea-formaldehyde resin involves adding aminated graphene into a urea-formaldehyde resin by polymerization method to prepare eco-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, adding 3g natural graphite, 1.5g sodium nitrate to 70mL of concentrated H2SO4, after electric stirring for 40 minutes, slowly adding 9g potassium permanganate, and maintaining the temperature below 20 degrees C with an ice water bath and reacting for 30 minutes. The 200 mg of graphite oxide is added to a three-necked flask containing 100 mL dimethylformamide, and after mechanical stirred for 1 hours at room temperature. The 36 mL of ethylenediamine (AR) and 9 mL of aqueous ammonia are added to the system, stirring is continued for 1 hour, and the mixture is transferred to 60 degrees C water bath. The reflux condensing device is installed for 6 hours, and the mixture obtained after the reaction is washed 5 times with absolute ethanol (AR) to completely remove excess ethylenediamine. The product is sufficiently dried at 50 degrees C to obtain amino functionalization graphene oxide. The 37% formaldehyde solution is added in a three-necked flask, and adjusted pH of the solution to 8.0 with the configured 10% sodium hydroxide, and added polyvinyl alcohol. The temperature is raised to 40 degrees C, the first batch of urea is added and stirring is started. The temperature reached 90 degrees C, the temperature is kept constant for 30 minutes. The pH is adjusted to 5.0 with a 20% formic acid solution. The temperature is maintained for 40-60 minutes under this condition until the turbidity point occurs. The pH is adjust to 7.0 with sodium hydroxide solution, added second batch of urea. The 1% melamine and aminated graphene are added for a period of time under conditions. The resin liquid is dispersed in a white cloud in water, the pH is adjusted to 7.0, the third batch of urea is added, and the temperature is kept at 70 degrees C for 20 minutes, dried under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 4 hours, and the temperature is lowered to 40 degrees C.
