USE - Graphene filled polymer-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene filled polymer-based composite material has easy processing, easy forming, less filler amount, and wide source of raw materials, and is environment-friendly. It has excellent electrical conductivity, heat-conducting property, and mechanical performance, good dimensional stability, and good weather resistance. The preparation of composite material is suitable for continuous mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene filled polymer-based composite material comprising adding graphene microsheet in coupling agent ethanol solution, completely immersing graphene microsheet, high speed stirring, simultaneously ultrasonically dispersing for 20-50 minutes, putting the uniformly dispersed graphene microsheet in an oven at 90-120 degrees C for 8-24 hours, completely removing the ethanol solution attached on the graphene microsheet, adding thermoplastic resin, treated graphene microsheet, and lubricant into high speed mixer, mixing uniformly at 60-90 degrees C for 3-10 minutes, putting into a vacuum drying oven and drying at 100-110 degrees C for 10-16 hours, sending to a twin-screw extruder through a feeding device, mixing, extruding and granulating through die head, adding the granules into hot-pressing mold, hot press forming by flat-plate vulcanizing instrument, cooling, and obtaining the product.
