▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Embedding graphene hydrogel sample comprises obtaining graphene hydrogel materials and bone tissue samples to be embedded, placing the samples in a glass bottle of formalin solution to fix, then soaking and rinsing. The rinsed sample is placed in a dehydrating solution for dehydration to obtain a dehydrated sample. The obtained dehydrated sample is mixed and stirred with methyl methacrylate and tetraethylene glycol diacrylate to obtain permeate, added xylene to permeate to obtain a mixed permeate, and infiltrated the dehydrated sample into the mixed permeate. Different doses of benzoyl peroxide are added to the infiltrating solution to prepare an embedding solution, and infiltrated the bone tissue samples subjected to infiltration treatment into embedding solution for embedding. USE - Hydrogel graphene embedding process for use in medical sample embedding technical field such as research of bone tissue regeneration field ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of graphene hydrogel swelling and deformation caused by the traditional hard tissue embedding method, where the shape and properties of the graphene hydrogel sample itself are preserved based on intactly embedding the bone tissue, which is more conducive to the observation of bone tissue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Embedding graphene hydrogel sample comprises obtaining graphene hydrogel materials and bone tissue samples to be embedded, placing the samples in a glass bottle of formalin solution to fix, then soaking and rinsing. The pre-embedded sample is put into embedding solution for embedding, taken out the sample soaked in embedding solution, replaced with fresh embedding solution, and performed vacuum treatment in an incubator to complete the embedding.
